Founded in 1995 in Jiaozhou, Qingdao, the company specialises in custom hydraulic systems, hydraulic power units, hydraulic cylinders, seamless hydraulic tubing, and integrated industrial automation equipment.
Our predecessor, Qingdao Jinhuahai Hydraulic Manufacturing, was established in July 1995. Over three decades, we have grown from a regional hydraulic workshop into a full-capability engineering company serving heavy industry clients across mining, metallurgy, forging, machine tools, oilfield, and offshore sectors globally.

Baishicheng Hydraulic operates from a purpose-built manufacturing facility in Jiaozhou, Qingdao. Our production capability covers the complete hydraulic system process — from hydraulic manifold machining and cylinder honing through full-system assembly, full-pressure functional testing, PLC panel integration, and pre-shipment commissioning. All hydraulic systems and power units are tested at full operating pressure and full flow before dispatch. Factory witness testing is available for clients who require on-site inspection prior to shipment.
