A high-pressure hydraulic system delivers the force required for specialized cold-forming work. This complete equipment uses a constant 120 MPa working pressure with a matched ultra-high-pressure cylinder for ribbed rebar sleeve connections.

During operation, the ribbed bars are inserted into a dedicated connecting sleeve. The hydraulic system drives the cylinder to apply radial compressive force, causing controlled plastic cold deformation. The sleeve wall conforms closely to the longitudinal and transverse ribs of the bars, creating a rigid mechanical interlock between the two reinforcing bars.
