The 120 MPa Ultra-High-Pressure Hydraulic System and Cylinder is a complete hydraulic equipment solution developed for high-strength mechanical connection applications.

The system uses a constant 120 MPa hydraulic pressure source to provide powerful output through specially designed ultra-high-pressure hydraulic cylinders. During operation, the hydraulic cylinder generates radial extrusion force, causing the steel sleeve to undergo controlled plastic deformation and tightly lock with the ribbed steel bar structure.

Compared with traditional welding, binding, and threaded connection methods, this hydraulic cold extrusion technology provides:No welding operation,No flame heating,No steel thread machining,Faster construction operation,More stable connection quality.
